EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

All our products can be exchanged within 10 days after receiving your order, the items must be without signs of use or having been washed, and with their original packaging.

Returned items that are not in their original packaging or do not contain labels will not be eligible for an exchange. The buyer pays the shipping costs when returning a product, whether it was initially sent with free shipping or payable.

The exchange process will begin by sending an email to hablemos@edapatagonia.com with the purchase information and explaining the reason, the tracking number of the cargo company and the product for which you want change it.

We will contact the customer to coordinate the delivery of the new product according to what has been requested.

All changes go through a quality control that will confirm the status of the product. If successful, the required change will be made.
